Shipping Fees (All Prices in AUD/USD)
Shipping fees are calculated based on the actual weight of your order.
We apply tiered pricing according to the following weight ranges:
0.5 kg / 0.8 kg / 1 kg / 1.5 kg / 2 kg / 2.5 kg / 3 kg / 4 kg / 5 kg / 6 kg
For shipments exceeding 6 kg, please contact us for a customized shipping arrangement.
All orders are shipped via air freight by default.
International delivery usually takes 5–14 business days.
If you require premium air shipping via DHL / FedEx / UPS, an additional 20–30 AUD will apply. Please contact us for details.

Returns & Refunds
Official Licensed Products (IP Merchandise)

Due to licensing policies, returns and exchanges are not accepted.

Change of Mind: Returns or exchanges are allowed for non-IP products; customers are responsible for return shipping.

Refund Process
