Refund Policy

 

Return & Refund Policy:

• We accept returns of unopened and unused products within 14 days of the original purchase date because of shipped in error. Change of mind return is not accpeable. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. 
• To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at info@pokeke.com.au with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with instructions on how to return your items.

 

Refunds:

• Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
• For products that were shipped with free shipping, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
