Shipping Notice

1. We are an Australia-based company. All products are brand new and 100% authentic. If you have any concerns, please record an unboxing video. We take full responsibility for every item you purchase from us.

2. Stock in Australia is limited. If an item is not available in our local warehouse, it will ship from the country of origin. We use triple-layer tear-resistant cartons and internal protective wrap to ensure your package arrives safely and undamaged.

3. We ship worldwide. However, our products vary in size, weight, and packaging. For large items, full blind box sets, or products with batteries/power, please contact us before ordering if you are unsure about shipping or customs.

4. For the United States: import tax and customs fees may change. We may need to collect additional duties or taxes from you.

5. All orders must clear customs. Customs may open and inspect the parcel. This is a normal procedure.

6. Blind box products — especially WAKUKU — are currently under stricter customs checks. Delivery may be delayed by around 1–2 weeks. If you are on a tight deadline, please contact us first or avoid purchasing these items.

All sales are final unless there is a quality issue. If you receive damaged packaging, please record a full unboxing video so we can assist you. For electronic items, please check them carefully after opening. If the product is faulty, we will arrange a replacement or refund.

3. 本店提供全球配送服務。由於商品種類繁多、尺寸及重量各異，若您購買大型商品、整套盲盒或含電產品，建議您於下單前先與我們聯繫確認物流事宜。

4. 美國地區因關稅政策經常變動，若有額外稅費，本店可能需向您收取差額。

5. 所有包裹皆須正常通關，海關抽查屬正常程序，可能會有開箱檢查。

6. 盲盒類商品（特別是 WAKUKU 系列）近期因海關嚴格審查，通關時間可能延長 1–2 週。如您對收貨時間有要求，請事先與我們溝通或避免購買此類產品。

所有商品除品質問題外，概不退換。如您收到商品包裝有損壞，請錄製完整的開箱影片，我們將協助售後。電子類商品請於開封後仔細檢查，若有故障，我們將提供退換服務。

3. 全世界への発送が可能です。商品サイズや重量、梱包形態が異なるため、大型商品・ブラインドボックス・電化製品などをご購入の場合は、発送前に必ずご相談ください。

4. アメリカ地域では関税が頻繁に変動するため、追加の税金・手数料を請求させていただく場合があります。

5. 通関時に税関による開封検査が行われる場合がありますが、これは通常の手続きです。

6. ブラインドボックス商品（特に WAKUKU シリーズ）は現在税関の厳重な検査対象となっており、通関が 1～2 週間遅れる可能性があります。お急ぎの場合は事前にご相談ください。

7. 品質上の問題を除き、返品・交換はお受けしておりません。梱包に不具合がある場合は、開封動画を撮影の上ご連絡ください。電子製品については、開封後に必ず動作確認をお願いいたします。不良が確認された場合は、交換または返金をいたします。
