Some orders within Australia may ship from our local warehouse. If the item is not available locally, it will be shipped from overseas. Orders outside Australia are shipped by air.

Delivery times usually follow the system estimate and are generally around 7–15 business days. If you need faster shipping, paid express options may also be available.

Carriers are assigned automatically, such as AUPOST or SpeedX. If your address may be difficult to deliver to, we recommend choosing AUPOST for a smoother delivery experience.

Address changes before shipment are usually free, while changes after shipment may require an additional fee and may not always be possible.
